Have you tried puting the figs in a little warm water to rehydrate them?  I have read somewhere that it is more healthy to eat the dry fruit rehydrated.  This way your body does not dehydrate from eating it.</description>

The cash register woman would most likely not apologize (she might say &quot;it&#039;s not my fault!&quot;, which seems to be a very common defensive reaction of Czech service people whenever a customer complains) and the remaining rock-hard figs would probably stay on the shelf.</description>
